I will leave it to you to figure out which are cut lines and which are
fold lines. I use 65-110 pound index stock and cut the envelopes out with
a utility knife. Not in the [Microsoft Publisher 97] template, but I cut the edges of the top flap
and the side tabs at an angle. I can knock one of the out in about the
same time that I can make front and back inserts for the accursed jewel
boxes.
