SLIGE is simply awesome. It builds random wads that work better with coop than most handmade wads.
You need:
Here's the batchfile I use to make new wads for my wife and I to coop (it takes less than a minute to create a multi-level, half-meg wad on my old p200):
rem get to the right place just in case d: cd \games\doom2\bsp rem call SLIGE here slige -rooms 30 -biwe -bimo -levels 3 -doom2 rem and build the nodes here with bsp bsp slige.out d:\games\doom2\wads\slige.wad
Works great. No more sifting through gobs of wads, many of which crash on coop launch, or do
coop-unfriendly things like have door that open only once, etc. If you want to see some SLIGE-generated wads before installing it yourself, take a peep at these.
Wolfenslige
Now there is a .cfg and resource pwad that gives you that WolfenDoom look/sound/feel.
