Teaching is what I love to do more than anything else; it's my calling. I have been accepted to the Transatlantic History Ph.D. program at UTA with a one-year scholarship, starting in Fall '99. I've taught over 200 internet-related classes during my time at Cyberline. My instruction centers on the practical skills my students need to be internet powerusers. Here's a partial list of syllabi (syllabuses? syllabeese?):
These notes are kept online as a resource for my students; any syllabus may be offline or under construction at any given time. My rates, as for programming, are $100/hr plus travel time and any expenses. The training can be for one person or five million. Doesn't matter to me as long as the P.A. system can reach them all. :-) If you're interested in any of these topics, please contact me. This page, and all pages on the main www.mousetrap.net site, is made from a common pattern, then filled in with specific information. For example, The HTML details are handled from a boilerplate file, and specific title information for the page is inserted. Then a Server-Side Include (SSI) inserts generic title information, META tags, the body and background attributes, the table layout, and the navbar down the left side of the page. (This is nifty because you can change your menu, layout, or background, etc, in one place and it's reflected throughout the site). Then the actual content of the page is inserted. And lastly this About this site section is defined by an SSI and contented entered, and the footer is injected by a final SSI. Groovey, huh?
