You are to cease and desist any and all offers of the "Crisis" series as a
saleable item. This program, as well as all Jim French produced series are
under full copyright protection, and can only be sold by authorized
dealers ie: Transmedia of San Francisco or Topics Entertainment of Renton,
Washington. 

 The other series covered by this agreement include: 

 1. The Adventures of Harry Nile
 2. Dameron
 3. The KIRO Mystery Playhouse
 4. Imagination Theatre
 5. Kincaid, the Strangeseeker
 6. The Further Adventures of Sherlock Holmes

 Failure to comply with this request will result in legal action taken. If
